Terms and Conditions

Notes:

The terms ‘Study Smiles’, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the company Study Smiles Ltd. The term ‘you’ refers to the purchaser, 'the School'.

 

By enrolling and viewing the School Preview for GCSE Statistics (Edexcel) published by Study Smiles Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Supply.

Permission is granted to view the sample of our products for educational purposes for an agreed period of time to inform a decision about purchasing educational resources or a licence from Study Smiles Ltd.

 

No transfer of ownership on any resources included in the School Preview takes place.

​​You are not permitted to:

  • download any material or resources within the School Preview

  • take any screenshots of any material or resources within the School Preview

  • copy or use any content of the resources within the School Preview

  • print copies of the documents or resources within the School Preview

 

You may not:

  • modify, reproduce or publish any of the course content or materials

  • use the materials for any commercial purpose

  • redistribute or share the materials with anyone outside the School, either digitally or by hard copy

  • remove any copyright from the materials

  • share your login details with any other party outside the School

  • permit or enable a third party to do any of these acts.

 

All content of our resources remains the Intellectual Property of Study Smiles Ltd.

 

Access to the School Preview shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Study Smiles Ltd at any time.

 

The School is not permitted to use any resources or materials obtained through Study Smiles Ltd outside of a valid Trial or Annual Licence period.

The resources supplied by Study Smiles Ltd are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our resources, they may include technical or typographical errors.
